• Initial discussion of budget based on estimated square footage and features

Once we have a good idea of the scope of your project, we will begin the design phase that involves steps such as:

• Sketch up initial floor plan with rough sizes of rooms and basic layout
• Discuss floor plan with honest feedback
• Make changes to floor plan based on discussion, weighing design factors, priorities and effects of changes
• Develop exterior elevations and design the look of the home
• Design roof style, siding details, window sizes/styles, exterior details
• Produce 2D and 3D CAD renderings to assist with visualization and styling decisions
• Once you are satisfied with a floor plan and exterior we consult with a structural engineer and produce construction documents needed to build

Throughout the process we are communicating openly, discussing how design will impact your build cost, which creates a streamlines process that is efficient, personalized and cost effective!

From foundation to finish, the construction of your home will be handled with the upmost care, professionalism and expertise. Each project will vary but in general you can expect the following:
