Local to Port Townsend and experienced with the design of numerous home projects from large upscale homes to compact garages with living space, we create floor plans, design exteriors and interiors as well as high quality construction documents suitable for permitting. Proficiency in CAD drawing software allows for efficient design and enhanced services to view structures in 3D perspectives.
Expertise in traditional and on-trend architecture and design; materials use and performance; knowledge of best practice design techniques and layout; aesthetic use of colors, textures and space; and current applicable building codes and regulations informs our work and saves owners costly errors.
Lines on paper are misleading. Spatial use and flow, visual and functional design require a strong knowledge of what works and doesn’t. We provide functional floor plans and computer generated drawings to inspire your home build project. Not only artistically pleasing but functionally savvy and cost-conscious.
